Not clinical enough but otherwise excellent. Jota and Costa massively improved and jimenez deservedly getting a goal. Some signs that Traore is adapting. All positive signs.
We looked absolutely brilliant at times today but my god.... our end product in the final third is woeful.
So many brilliant chances created, and each time we wanted an extra touch or we couldnt get a shot away, and when we did, they were all over the place.
Juno must now be worth a fortune premier league wise. Not just the win but such exciting football, we are being spoilt!
P.s. all the written reports were full of praise for doc!

Credit where it's due, Doherty played well, found some good space and got into good positions and made some good passes.
But his end product is getting worse. He had probably the best chance of the game when put clear, and his effort was shocking, like a 6 year old trying to sidefoot it and scuffing it harmlessly out of play.
I can forgive him having made the goal. Both wing backs were great I thought. And both linked well with the wide forwards. Even Traore showed progression in the past two weeks in that respect.
I don't think I've ever seen us dominate a Premier League like that before. We absolutely battered them.
We won't always get away with missing so many chances, however. We should have scored at least 3. Hopefully on another day a few of those chances go in.
We defended well when needed and Neves & Moutinho were excellent in the middle again. Both wing backs had a great game too.
That was very much like one of our championship games last season - we were comfortably the better team, other team defending from the start, shitty tackles on Jota and Neves, striker missing sitters and ultimately never in doubt that we would win!
