Wolves 2- 3 Burnley verdict thread

Calm down. Doc has been a great Wolves servant yet you continually belittle him. He still tries his best - which clearly is not good enough at this level. Accept the fact.
He's somehow played nearly 400 games for Wolves, I've watched most of them and I've hated watching him in about 300 of them. Because he is shit, perpetually out of condition, can't defend, lazy and is now absolutely robbing a living when not a single other Premier League club would have considered signing him, but our idiot of a Director of Football at the time met him on a golf course and handed him a £50,000 a week, three year deal.

I am not going to be nice to him because you say I should, he is fucking shit.

Strange Spurs signed him then.

So, to sum this thread up: "don't be mean at shit players because at least they tried"? Weird but I'm sure we can get hold of some "At least you tried" trophies once we're formally relegated.

Well try & be positive about players doing their best. Question their ability by all means.

Trying their best is the minimum expectation. I'd try my fucking best. It's the premier league not under mines.

And frankly many of them aren't. SJ has pulled more sickies than me when I was 21. Hoever was miles away from his man on two goals. JSL is sulking. Bellegarde was shit until he pissed out of a challenge and the crowd got off his back.

And "trying their best" isn't just about a match day. They're clearly not improving individually, and many of them aren't anywhere near fit or mobile enough. Arias hasn't put in a decent corner in about 6 weeks, is he practicing them after training? Is he fuck. Has Hoever worked on his positioning or looking over his shoulder? Has he fuck. Has Santi worked on how to defend in the premier league and not getting touch tight all the time? Has he fuck. I could go on and fucking on. Individuals are REGRESSING. We've got two Brazilian internationals who haven't looked much better than Karl fucking Hendry this season.

Get in the chuffing bin

So to sum up this forum : ‘lets attack everything about Wolves because we are bottom’. But I am a great supporter! Can we please concentrate on the inept & uncaring ownership?

So what is your way forward? You are very good at swearing I must say.

Dissecting why we lost the game today = the players weren't very good and Vitor got his subs badly wrong.

Dissecting why we're a dreadful team = Jeff Shi, his lack of strategy or a focus on long term goals has caused multiple poor transfers windows, retaining poor coaches too long and disenfranchising the fans.

I was absolutely livid at the end today, more so than I have been at the game for some time. Burnley were shithousing and time wasting their way to a draw and we concede late yet again to throw it away. Prior to that I was thinking that a point would be disappointing.

Going to Molineux is a miserable experience now with no joy and seeing opposition fans having the time of their lives while we sit there depressed at the shit we see in front of us. A group of players with nobody you can hang your hat on, no heroes, no favourites, just mediocrity and shit.

I don't feel like we are a Premier League team now. We are still playing at PL level but only biding our time until the end of the season and the end of the PL dream for a return to the God awful Championship from whence we came. In the early days of Fosun it generally felt like we were heading for the time of our lives and briefly we were but since then, around the time Nuno went, it has just been shocking decision after shocking decision and we have all seen this car crash coming in slow motion. We knew it but that vile, arrogant prick Shi always knew best and so here we are.

A shit show all around and Nuno's dream feels like just that now: all a dream. Sadly for us now we're just pawns in Shi's bastard nightmare.
