Good people of Britain...........PANIC

Yeah direct sunlight in the heat of the day over 25°C isn't pleasant to be in. Much prefer it when the sun goes down or behind clouds at that temperature.

I spent most of January and February doing gardening jobs in mid-thirties for hours a day. It was bloody lovely.

The heat is drier here, I will concede. Mind you, back there 25 degrees was a cue to maybe start thinking about taking my leather jacket off. Maybe.

Great minds! Got a nice variety of electrolyte tabs and I've got gels to take with me. I wouldn't normally bother with a gel at that distance but not chancing it with this forecast.
I vomited all over the place after running 10k in Singapore :)

Hope you enjoy the race!

It was early so probably below 30 I think. Humidity is what gets you though.

Yeah, I was in Bangkok recently and took what I thought would be a relaxing 30 minute walk at 10pm. By the time I got back to the hotel I was literally drenched.

If last year wasn't bad enough, it's 34c today and still june, gonna be a cooker this summer here.

Off to The Algarve for 2 weeks on Sunday. Tuesday we're doing our day trip to Seville, normally a scorcher, was up to 41 last year when we went (same day, 24th June). Today its 38 at the moment according to Google Maps
