Can someone tell Traore to stop shooting please. He’s doing it every week at the moment from awful positions when there’s much better options on. So infuriating, particularly when the end result is often garbage.

Shocking first half. Traore getting pelters for an awful performance, but is Jota even on the pitch?

Lots of work for Nuno at half time. We’ve never had a better opportunity to get a couple of away goals here.
 
On the plus side, we don't look in too much trouble and have the man advantage. Assuming we don't get complacent, should be able to keep a clean sheet.

Hopefully we improve and get our noses in front. Would like Neto but let's see.
 
Yknow, Traore beating his man and crossing into the box
full of defenders (X10) isnt going to achieve anything.
 
We have not played that well, but still 0 - 0 & they have 10 men left.

Opportunities to improve in the second half & we have others who can perform if those out there now aren't.
 
Traore has been pretty much our only outlet / threat, red card aside. Been fouled and got nothing too.

It hasn't been great but losing 1-0 at home to Huddersfield under the dismal Lambert was terrible. I think we need to get a bit of perspective.

We haven't conceded and we could score a couple here away from home in Europe.

Better than getting beat by Aaron fucking Mooy.
 
That's ok 0-0 away at half time. Traore looks our most dangerous player, but that wouldn't be difficult.
Have to find a way of getting Jota involved.

Wouldn't say hes playing bad, hes our only outlet but just mix it up a bit... Put one on the floor, pull one back to the edge of the box, anything but float another ball in that we wont win.

You mean other than getting a red card for Semedo?
 
We've been pretty dire so far, the 30 seconds leading up to the red card apart. Don't know about Adama having a poor game, not sure Raul is even playing. And 10 men or not, I'm still worried about them getting in down the left hand side

He has an attempted end product though, no one else has even made an attempt. If we want to look at a player having a very bad game (and run of form) we should look at Raúl.
 
A frankly bizarre atmosphere that can't be understated. We're still in the tie and have a 1 man advantage for the 2nd half. Huge opportunity to come away from here with a good result.

Traore started to come into it a bit towards the end of the half so no way I'd sub him.

TBH it was going to be cagey even before the doors were closed - I've no problem with us keeping it tight and showing a bit of patience.

Don't disagree with that, his link play hasn't been great for a few weeks now.
 
Well if anything at least this will prove to the VAR Sky watching brigade that supporters in the ground are pretty important.
