Wolves 1-3 Leeds: Verdict Thread

This is huge. I looked at paying the thick end of £50 today and thought no.

I don't really like any of our players and actively dislike quite a lot of them.

If you're losing me, well.
We have sooo many players id happily not have to watch again

And even the (few) players I do like, are massively out of form or not being used properly.

I would happily never watch:

Sa
Johnstone
Bentley
Doherty
H Bueno
S Bueno
Tchatchoua (early but he looks fucking wank)
Hoever
Chirewa
Munetsi
Bellegarde
Hwang

Ever again.

And Wolfe and Arias have been crap so far too.

I’d chuck Toti in there too tbf, and Rodrigo tries but I can’t say I’m that arsed about him either.

V,Pereira = Gari

You guys need change trainner and manager to sign better players.

The lineups are so strange many player out position, and no one made a good game.

But need sign a good trainer and now not are many free. In spain only have Xavi but is too expensive.

Had enough of being told his opinion was worthless and was hounded off the forum like many, many others, I believe.

Hence why the traffic on the forum is at an all time low.
That's a pity. Had my ups and downs with him taking the piss over O'Neil but wouldn't want to see him hounded out.
I thought O'Neil should be sacked when he was but there were some mitigating factors out of his control, until he totally lost the plot and the dressing room.
This clown needs to go now. Fairly reasonable set of fixtures to start the season, had all the transfer funds at his disposal, barely any serious injuries, Barely any serious VAR decisions against.
Absolute shambles.

There is a serious flaw there if he is sticking with Agbadou under his current form. He doesn`t seem to know what to do with Arias. Tchatchoua and that striker look way beyond the level of quality required for the Premiership. As for Wolfe, oh dear.

Thanks Jeff,

Munetsi really was a harbinger wasn't he. Clearly a terrible footballer from the off. But a good character, full of running. All that nonsense about him creating opportunities for Strand Larsen too.

Can see a fair bit of him and JSL playing close to eachother in the next few games as VP reverts to something he thinks works right before the sack.

It's at the GON level now where you're no longer sure what it is we're trying to do.

I looked at the Leeds line up and I struggled to see how any would get in our first XI. I have little connection to most/any of them but there should be a team there that could scrape 17th.

Lose next week and we've lost 9 and drawn 1 of our last 10.

I don't think we can diminish winning 6 on the bounce too much, Nuno never managed that with far greater resources but equally I think we were very fortunate we had three relegated sides, West Ham who appear in terminal decline heading this season from last, Man Utd in their banter era and Spurs who banked everything on winning the Europa League. We still had to win them but we couldn't have asked for a more favourable run of fixtures to achieve that IMO.

I don't think Vitor turns it around from here. Based on current personnel, there isn't a player there who be it character or ability will drag the rest of the team forward and Vitor appears lost with tactics and substitutions.

Take back everything i said last week, i’m going to embrace the end of the world stuff. Leeds were clearly not better than us and the individual errors again have been our downfall but the approach to that game and the management of it is unforgivable. What was the idea after we went in front and the second half well i have no idea.

I still don’t believe the squad is as bad as it may look and if we got worse it would be failure by Vitor well today was a massive failure after being backed in the biggest way with the new contract.

We’ve collated a group that are either athletes but not footballers, players that have some skill but not a footballing brain and others who’s are none of the above.
No leadership in the squad, VP track record tells you it fizzles out like a sparkler.

Any established PL team which goes down the blame sits only with the owners.

You can easily change players and managers - we have done so and we have continually done so with downgrades. I do not blame VP or the players, most of them are tryers but they are not good enough.

It's on Jeff and Fosun and them alone.
