Mods, can I have a temporary ban from the current affairs section? It’s full of utter horseshit I seem to be incapable of ignoring it.

No, absolutely no way! You post, you own , you respond. Your opinions are completely valid as are everyones and if you post them others can challenge them. But sometimes , just sometimes a nugget is posted that helps enlighten, educate and help others. I certainly have taken some very different view points from posts on that thread and have a better empathy than I did for things and situations that thankfully I have never been through. I am really sorry you feel so strongly as to ask for this.
