I'm sure I was at that game and the crowd started chanting we want 10 after Man City had put double figures past them the previous season. I don't recall Jackie Gallagher playing though. Didn't he leave after we were promoted from the 4th division?

Definitely played some games in 1988/89 as that was the first season I was watching us.

Yes you are right as now I've started to think about it I recall sitting by him on the train after a 3-0 away win at Chesterfield that season. He's fat he's round he's worth a million pound Gallagher was the chant at the time usually followed by a less complimentary version of the same song.
