They always had a lack of quality up front but at least had Mousset’s pace to cause problems. Look at how high West Ham played against them condensing the pitch and highlighting their midfields lack of quality. Norwood can’t just ping it over the top because no one can run after it, and their wing backs are dreadful when they’ve got no space and can’t get up the pitch to just put it in the mixer.

I’m not sure they were ever that hard to play against. They massively outperformed their xGA last year (13 goals!) but aren’t now which is a combination of averaging out of the stats and losing Henderson/O’Connell.
