Chelsea 20 point deduction and two window transfer ban. One year ban from UEFA competition.
Second team to withdraw 30 point deduction and three window ban. Two years out of Europe.
Etc

Any team actually kicking a ball in it, permanent expulsion from the English football period.
This but base it on days. So today 20 points, transfer bans etc.

Tomorrow 30 points, transfer bans etc.

Expulsion for anyone still entertaining this idea by next Tuesday.

I imagine Levy, Glazer, Perez and Henry are smashing up their kitchen as we speak

They should all have a two year transfer embargo and ban from European competition, and at least a 20 point deduction for next season. I don't care if they quit tonight, they literally tried to destroy football. The government should do everything in its power to punish the owners and their finances to get them out of football forever.

My actual preference would be to expel the 6 of them to the lowest league that will take them, to make sure this shit is never tried again. I'd feel for the fans and the players, but I'm so fucking angry at them I'd do it.

Nothing but fines will happen, the big 6 will play in Europe next season and they’ll be in the PL like nothing has happened come august. Everyone will take the easy route out of this and hope it goes away.

Neither Chelsea or City need the money so it's so much easier for them to drop out. Both owned by billionaires and neither massively dependent on external income with FFP being ditched, basically signed up to protect their own interests. Every other team whose signed up for it are either skint or leveraged up to their eyeballs so desperately need the money.

I get the clamour for punishment, surely the contracts they signed are enough evidence

I was just thinking that, where do the Spanish and Italian clubs go now? They might have to sell players and pay reasonable wages!

Apparently it’ll be completely disbanded by tonight.

For me there is one solution. Fine the owners 500 million from their own bank accounts. That will hurt them as they only care about money. Fair play to Chelsea and Man City. I guessed they would be the first as they don't actually need the money to survive. Real and Barcelona however are in shit street money wise.

And the real fuckers in this aren't Chelsea or Man City. The real ones are the owners of Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal and Real Madrid. All the rest either got swayed by promises, or just didn't want to miss out.

If this had dragged on longer I’d expect bigger sanctions but the fact they’ve shat their pants and unturned so soon will mean a lot less punishment.
