Man Utd v Wolves - The 'be nice to one another' verdict thread.

We all knew he would but I think Nuno probably got it wrong to being Jota back in. He's still making consistently wrong decisions this season and Neto had been playing so well. The return of the flat 343 also does not bring the best out of Adama. Should probably have won regardless, Saiss...

    Wolves 1 - 2 Liverpool Verdict Thread

Gutted that a couple of preventable goals have cost us some kind of result against the champions elect cos we were brilliant. Traore was unplayable for large parts of the second half. Neto was excellent, he's going to be some player as he's 19 and already damn good. Jimenez's finish is superb...

    Wolves v Liverpool 23rd Jan

Don't expect us to get any points but hopefully we can give them a good game. We're capable of getting something, but Liverpool are so good, expectations are likely to be in vain. I'd start Bennett, Donk has had too many disappointing performances recently. Otherwise I don't think we have many...

Southampton 2 Wolves 3 verdict thread

Let's not wash away the first half that wasn't good, we conceded two soft goals AGAIN and tbh could have conceded more at the start of the second half. That said, the tactical tweak from Nuno worked really well. Jimenez had much more support and we looked genuinely dangerous far more often. The...

    Southampton v Wolves, January 18,2020

Gotta change the shape for this half surely? Gibbs White to come on in midfield and sacrifice Doc, Traore to WB?

    Man Utd FA Cup Thread

I think our formation is making it really difficult for us to score goals atm. We get so few forward normally, and when we do, they're all out wide as we now play with wingers instead of inside forwards. We might want to look at getting the 352 working again so Raul has someone within 20 yards...

Watford v Wolves (A) - 01/01/20 Buildup and Matchday thread...

This. They're always such soft goals too. We're a good team who sometimes look so slack.

    V.A.R. - Good for Purpose??

Yes but it's opinions with a replay. Give them say 15 seconds and the best angle available to look at and if they aren't sure then it is onside. Basically bring back the concept that level means onside. Okay some marginal ones might get argued over by pundits and fans but having seen what...

    V.A.R. - Good for Purpose??

This. Obviously this. If you do what Souness wants then you have exactly the same situation with lines being drawn and searching for mms to see if they are level. It doesn't solve the issue on any level.

    Liverpool (A) 29/12 Build-Up & Match Thread

Haven't seen VVD handball but tbh I could stomach one going against us, but two today? VAR can fuck right off. Coady is right, we're getting done over worse than anyone else by this bollocks and I'm sick of it. It's being implemented so badly that I want done with it now. So congrats everyone...

    Wolves 0-0 Brighton: Verdict Thread

Didn't our Portuguese friends say that Nuno struggled to score goals in Portugal? Ended up being too many draws? Either way, it was obvious beforehand that Vinagre should have started.

    FA Cup: semi final draw

Bennett for me, just. Either way I won't mind too much though. Excited and nervous for this.

    The Blame Game

Definitely Saiss on the second. He turned his back to McNeil at one point, had no chance to recover for the block then. It's moments like that I think he gives himself away as more a midfielder than CB.

    Burnley (A) 30.03.2019

I don't think we were bad as such. Struggled to create yeah but we've been wayyyy worse this season. 0-0 would have been fair. Not sure going 3-4-3 proved to be the right move though. Definitely bring Jimenez on but I thought we were looking okay and had less control after the shape change.
