Yeah but they are tourists/people who aren't that bothered about Fulham. Rather than the 'die hard' fans at the other end

perosnally i think it's disgraceful, I went to a Bulgaria-Sweden game a few years back, the Swedish visiting fans were very polite & respectful (standing up and clapping for the Bulgarian team, no stupid chants, etc), the Bulgarian fans were like animals, booing, swearing, chanting, pushing at the fences... lucky the away fans were fenced off and surrounded by riot police. Sweden thumped us 4-0, so they had to escort the Bulgarian fans out and the Swedish had to wait for 1-2 hours for them to leave so they can be escorted out by the police, otherwise the Bulgarian fans would have torn them apart. It's really silly and stupid, you might as well batter someone because he prefers Nike to Adidas or coffee to tea or something. I think you'll find it's mostly uneducated people with dead end jobs/unemployed with no prospects and too much time on their hands

Rover- again, European fans who actually fight and cause trouble are young guys with too much aggression and/or steriods. It's not 50 year old men

I would imagine that the typical profile for an English football hooligan is not a 50 year old man just the same as in any other country. As is always the case though there are exceptions to the rule. What makes you think otherwise?

my time spent in England, pubs and games. I agree that the average english football holigan is young, but it's just impossible to see older men brawling over football in europe, they have jobs and families and responcibilties. seemed like a common sight in the UK. maybe they are overly passionate and had a few too many beers... i spent most of my time around stockport/manchester maybe it's just that region

Where have you been in Europe?

Absolute bollocks.

you English are so amusing, 50 year old family men fighting with other 50 year old family men over who supports what team... never ceases to amaze me.

It was played on the Jukebox in my old local The Staffordshire Volunteer straight after the second leg of the playoff semi final the year we won it. Full blast made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. No other song has done that since

It was on full blast in The Litten Tree a few times before Survival Sunday too. I've never been in a rowdier Wolverhampton pub than at that moment. Good times!

How long has it been banned? When I went to Chelsea away it was the first time I'd experienced it being sang (that I can remember). Loved it!

Does anyone have a copy of the minutes that were online as looks like it's now been removed?

Bollocks, i thought it had been given the green light when i saw this resurrected.

Nope. Just seen that thread on MolMix and I can assure it was rather more than a request from the Police. It was backed up with play it again and you risk your ground's safety certificate.

I wished certain sections of supporters would just give over with this crap.

It is so boringly cyclical

2010 - Albion social media campaign. Played once. Abandoned
2012 - Wolves social media campaign rejected
2014 - Albion social media campaign

To quote Jez at the parliament "it's not coming back"
