Problem is putting it down once it's opened...

I'm another fan of Bailey's, problem is I mentioned it to my mum-in-law and then got a bottle every Xmas and every birthday, bless her....I don't like it that much

Milk usually.

I would also go milk. Cream can sit on top and look pretty, but it adds an unnecessary heaviness, and really you want the drink mixed, not layered.
