The fee makes sense to me - for a club of the profile of Dortmund, buying a young up-and-coming striker in 2025, €20 million is basically table stakes.

That's OK. If he prefers Roma he has that choice. But he can then make up the difference between what Dortmund have offered and what Roma have.
