Variety is good. Monopolies are bad. It's good that we all post here.

Apart from the ****** moderation, why else do you choose not to post in the other place?
 
I joined MM in 2005 when it moved from the E&S aegis. I was there until this place was set up.

This place was born from posters on MM wanting a different voice, a different flavour as it were. Both fora co-exist. And that’s cool. It gives fans a choice.

I still have an account there I guess. Never got it binned. Christ alive knows what the log in and password is though. Mutchy would probably have to help me out. The email address I used then is so long out of use as I left that company in 2007.

I like it here on the TWF… Kenny is a barrell of laughs. Not once in nearly 11 years has he banned me for being a twat.

current affairs part of forum isn’t my cup of tea so I avoid it.
 
I have an account on MM. Frankly I just don't find it very interesting, there isn't really ever any back and forth, it's just people having their go at the open mic and walking away. You can't have a conversation there. The humour is frankly pitiful as well.

I left in the first place because to start with the moron who did the techy stuff on the site banned me for saying that you couldn't publish fixtures on a website (you couldn't at the time) and then some fat idiot barrelled in when I pointed out that as lovely a bloke as Bobby Robson was and as brilliant a club manager as he was, his England record wasn't all that. Nah, you're ok, I'll be off then. That was 12 years ago.

Each to their own.

The only time I go over there is occasionally for the transfer threads. Purely because there is just more footfall so more things get picked up from out there on the Internet.
 
I refer to it sometimes as the dark side. I should stop that. Probably because I got frustrated at what I felt was relentless negativity and some posters that drove me up the wall.

My view now in 2021 is that both places have a purpose so live and let live. Internicine spats between fora all populated by Wolves fans seems a bit pointless now. Maybe I am old and want a peaceful internet life!
 
I was banned for, I think, calling one of their frequent posters an arrogant self satisfied cunt. Which he is / was. Good thing on here is you can do the same, on occasion, without a ban. Minus the cunt part perhaps.
 
I should add that I know Dave who has run it from day one back in 2005 and Mutchy personally, and they're really nice people. I've no beef, it's just not what I want out of talking aimlessly about Wolves every day.

When the club plummeted down the leagues and I realised the MSM obviously weren't going to cover us so much, I searched for an online option.
I looked there, but ended up here...
 
606 and then here, there isn't a single person on here that I would choose to take out with a snipers rifle from a rooftop
 
Like many, came here from there. Dual posted for a couple of years and left when the vast majority of posters wanted Bolton to go under. If as a Wolves fan and a lot were of the correct generation you want another club to go under then you have zero self awareness and I checked out. Tring, if he still posts on there is the one poster whose opinion I miss.

The u23 thread and loan threads are well informed.

Just have to ignore the wums and idiots
