That’s the one thing that was fucking me over, my clothes were all massive. I had to take a punt on those fucking jeans as I couldn’t try them on and got lucky. I could have dropped another waist size but the legs would have cut off my circulation I think. Why don’t most shops cater for old fuckers?!

I did have one advantage over you, I was massively overweight so when I lost it all I didn’t look ill or addicted to smack, just normal with a bit of middle aged spread!

Just under 4st last time I weighed myself. Being back at work my workout time is now virtually non existent so I may have put a little bit on but I still make sure I walk a few miles every day. The fact that a 34” inch waist leaves room on me now tells me I’m keeping it off in the main, I had to shoehorn myself into a 36” before and then try not to breathe for the rest of the day.
