Presumably we would look to replace him with a player more similar to Neto and Podence. If we brought someone in that is a direct challenger to these two I wouldn't be averse to selling him.If we sold him he'd be down to just Neto and Podence as our wide forward options. He's about to sign a new contract as Booz says so I don't see him going anywhere.
One way to look at it. Another is that he’s now on substantially more than he was before so any potential suitors would have to pay him more than they would have in the summer. He’s not going to leave for less money. Could that harm his value? He’s still nowhere near good enough for someone to spunk a substantial transfer fee on and £100k+ per week in wages.I'm not sure whether to read much into Traore's contract or not.
