Fire away chaps. Magnificent performance once again and four points clear at the top.

Thanks for locking the match thread so quickly and losing my post Pads ;)

Pat Murphy summing up on 5Live "superb goal by Diego Jota" :angry-smiley-034:

Great result, Wolves now the only team in the top 4 leagues with 40+ points and a nice gap developing between us and the chasing pack alongside a GD 7 better than anyone else in the league.

Great gols tonight too.

Excellent result and sounds like a good performance, bit of a gap now, can't wait for Sunderland.

Good work with the thread title paddingtonwolf

Said it on the match thread but bears repeating. You guys that can go to every game, or every home game, should cherish this season. Could well be the most enjoyable football season of your life

That's being generous IMO!

Cracking game we really were superb and though it's a surprising choice Boly MOTM for me, Leeds pressed early and hard and Boly set the tone with top notch composure. In truth the whole team was excellent all 3 goals were high quality. Mention for Bonatini he's so clever creating space for others to play.

Brilliant stuff I'm not used to this

Brilliant, just brilliant! So much for the Portuguese lads not fancying dark, wet nights in November!

Caught the second half and we swatted them away after their sending off.

It's scary how easy they make it look sometimes. Jota's finish, for example, is not something I'm used to seeing a Wolves player do. Just breathtaking. Cavaleiro's turn and Costa's trickery on the touchline would also have been talked about for weeks afterwards in previous seasons; now it's just the norm.

Yes, we wobbled after they scored but we're not gonna have it all our own way. Leeds aren't a bad team, we're just playing in a different stratosphere to pretty much every other side in the league at the moment.

On a sidenote, can anyone confirm the stat that this is the first time in 13 years that we've won 4-1?

Fantastic result and Wolves the better team by far.

Well they've been fine with wet, dark and windy. But there's still 'cold' to get past yet. Because even now, the amount of people STILL spouting this clichéd cuntitude is ridiculous.

Can't wait for Saturday.

Nor me. I'm up for the Bolton game and am bringing 4 mates with me, so fully expecting a 1-0 defeat :icon_lol:

As for tonight, we were superb. Slight little blip just after half time but we went about our business quickly and efficiently after they went down to 10 men. The first half was the same sort of level as the Villa performance. Cav was on fire and gets my MOTM. Douglas, though - what a finish!

Wish I was going Saturday but I think I am going to be working. Oh well - roll on Ipswich in December and having my own seat every match again.

We are ridiculous. Filthy in this division.

That was superb

Slight blip when we let them back in with a goal ( though by the sound of it was good play from them rather than us messing up) just went up a gear and took them out.

No doubt Leeds breathed a sigh of relief when Cav went off - only to realise that Costa was coming on

It must be so demoralising

This is ours to lose now - no one else is beating us unless we do it ourselves

Really looking forward to Bolton on Saturday

Yep and it's patronizing bollocks anyway but still funny each time they ram those words down their throats!
