Probably get shown in the next Class of 92 Doc on Sky

Coming as no surprise to anyone, Wayne Rooney is the new Derby manager, he's also retired as a player, thought he'd done that when he went to the MLS tbh

The article from Shearer in the athletic about them paints quite a telling picture.

Phil Neville leaves as England women's national team manager to join Inter Miami.

Chances we rock up at Chelsea next week and Frank isn't there?

Not playing your big Summer signings doesn't normally end well, whether they were his players or someone elses

I hope he is. It's the only chance we have of winning i feel. New manager for them will probably = a tonking for us.
They’d have to make a decision pretty rapid to have in place in 8 days time. I think if they fail to beat us will be the final straw.

Tuchel seems to be favourite. Let's hope it isn't sorted by next week :D

He'll always get added rope because of his history with the club. I don't see them making a change mid-season.

Ultimately whoever made the calls on transfers got the balance totally wrong, too many attacking players for them all to play at the same time, a shite defence and still playing cack like Kovacic all the time.

His midfield choice last night was bizarre. Mount, Havertz and Kovacic. Left Kovacic (who I think canbe OK in right system) on his own to defend and his defending is not brilliant. Am hoping Kante isn't fit for our game too because he doesn't trust Jorginho and Gilmour is still very young.

Kovacic is a deluxe Harry Winks for me, he doesn't do anything. No goals, no assists, can't defend so what is he actually doing?

Yeah, he's a weird one tbf. Is a fair comparison too, kinda nice to watch but doesn't actually impact the games. When they had him to the left of the midfield three I thought he carried the ball up the pitch quite well but that doesn't justify the £50m or so they spent on him :D

It's a specialist subject of mine having watched us for the entire 1990s. We used to love a midfielder who didn't do anything at all.

Some of my finest work, that. I should start writing again.
