He’s the common denominator though, and few people in media have also said he can be difficult.

I think manager to an extent needs to be difficult, you don’t want a push over (Lage)

Don’t think he’ll ever connect with a group of fans like he did here though. Perfect storm dragging us from championship then those first few seasons in prem

O absolutely. Although you’re always told ‘never go back’ I’d definitely take him. Not going to happen with Shi around though

I listened to a podcast interview with Rui Faria and I don’t think any of that team of staff would want to coach in the championship again. I think they found it brutal! If we hadn’t gone up he made it sound like they would have left

Well yes of course but he wont work for Shi again.

Citing Nuno as a common denominator is pretty wide of the mark.

Look at the managers Shi has burned through... look at the managers Levy burned through... look at the managers Marinakis has burned through... that's where the focus should lie.

Nuno isn't the issue. Look at the huge list of managers we have had under Fosun.
Of these managers, so far only Nuno, Lage and O'Neil have lasted in excess of 12 months. All others, under a year. And most wouldn't have retained either of Lage or O'Neil for more than 12 months.
That's hardly a stable club, and tbh suggests a fairly toxic environment higher up. The common denominator there is Shi.
We either make terrible appointments who don't last 12 months, or the relationship breaks down. Nuno is the only real success. The other 2 who lasted above 12 months were patsy's.
